This Privacy Policy describes how Tradium Labs (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the Tradium website and services (the “Service”). This page is maintained by Tradium Labs to answer common privacy questions about Tradium. It is not an independent certification or legal opinion.

- Trade journal data: trades, strategies, sessions, notes, screenshots, tags, and analytics you enter into the Service.

- Billing information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.

- provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- authenticate you and keep your account secure;
- compute analytics and display your journal data to you;
- communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests;
- improve the Service and detect misuse or technical issues;

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, row-level access controls, and authenticated access to database records. Your trade journal is isolated per user account by default. No security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and journal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data and journal records within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain it for legal or operational purposes.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at agmonchan@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Analytics data is used in aggregate form and is not used to identify you personally.

Tradium Labs is based in Thailand. Your data may be processed and stored on servers operated by our cloud providers in regions outside Thailand. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any cross-border transfers.
